2009:WEIGHT WATCH!! target : 55 kilos

I almost forgot that it is already one year when my father was died.Every time I remembered him and I finished my work I sat down in front of my laptop surfing,downloading,anything that I can do to make my mind busy.The moment that I sat down I'm beginning to eat what I have around. On the side of the table was a bundle of fruits,downside was all liquid drinks, in the back that I can get by just stretching my hands was cookies,biscuits and on the left side of my table was other stuffs like plastic glasses ,plates, tissues and table napkins, etc.These are all inside my little room.Everything was written DEIT or LESS of sugar,calories,etc.I always reading the site of how to loss weights.It is only now again that I step on the weighing scale.OMG!! 75 kilos again!! in just 5"4' in height.Shocking!!Peoples and friends always telling me I'm a big woman.They never said fat woman,but now I know IT IS DESAME WORDS !!!

Last year I used to have LTT (I sent already to my daughter) , rubber stretcher , small blocks of cement outside that I used it as weights, their is aerobics on TV that I used to follow every time on air.I used to drink some fresh herbal that they said its good for health with a disgusting taste,I have a lot of diet pills that sometime I am afraid to drink, boxes of different flavors of tea's.I used to jogged 3-4 times every week when my employer was sleeping.All of the above are the things that I cannot do it anymore.Due to an irregular sleeping habits of my employer I always have headache and sometimes not feeling well of no findings.I always felt dizzy and sleepy.

CAREGIVERS: URGENT!!! LAST CALL!!!!!

WHEW!!!!! HELLO..GUYS! I'M BACK!!!


Ministry of Interior in ISRAEL issued a new policy that FORIEGN CAREGIVERS NEED TO REGISTER TO THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENCY until JANUARY 15,2009 only.The noticed was dated NOVEMBER 26,2008 - but most of us knew only last week.This served as an information about the legal status of each caregiver and thier rights to work in ISRAEL.

I went to the agency to comply with these issue.A different atmosphere I saw this morning in the office of caregivers.Unlike before that you can see someone crying, complaining with thier employers and related happenings on where they are working.A continous telephone rings but not an urgent call from caregivers , this time from employers complaining the new policy of why they need an urgent registration and why they need to pay again .

Today, the agency is a crowded area with happy faces while freezing cold outside , so we need all to get inside in the small office.One manager asked to stay outside while working with other documents but no body moved out ,they just ignored it, everybody standing infront of them,they are three who are assisting us. We all know how the laws and rules here thats why all of us want to finished it immediately then have the registration copy that will attached to our passport all the time.

CAREGIVERS DO NOT NEED TO PAY ANY SINGLE AMOUNT.THE EMPLOYER HAS AN OBLIGATION ON THESE.

CAREGIVER ON DUTY

went to the consultant doctor today.DR. ABRAHAM WEISSE (VIEZ) is his name in GERIATRIC DEPARTMENT of BEILINSON HOSPITAL in PETAH TIKVA.He is a great doctor that my employer has no doubt of him and she's following everything what he said to do so.Sometimes intelligent person like this is a very hard or not easy to deal with even though who you are because she knows a lot of things.

He is the only doctor I've known since I arrived in this country talking to caregiver like me.In my previous employers there's no one asked me about the status of my patients.They just ignore what I'm reporting.So since then I'm just silent every time we went for check up in my previous works.But it changes the ways when I came to this employer now.

We left home at about 12 noon and went back home again at 3:30 pm.It was a tiring trip for my employer but we needed to be there to the appointment schedule.RUVI, the youngest son was always accompanied us.Three months ago that we've there in a results of everything is fine. Today it is less than what been before in terms of health status. There is a slight signage of mild stroke that need to watch.Two weeks ago she has a reddish tongue that she almost not eating properly.All foods was processed to a blender so she could easily swallow until it backs to normal.By now she ate but not totally like before three months ago.She is already 95 years old that there is a lot of things we expect like others of desame age.She's still fine as of this moment.No worries just need to watch closer before it get to worse.
